Jay-Z x Kanye West … “Watch The Throne” Documentary + ‘Otis’

The collaboration album from Jay-Z & Kanye West that you've all been waiting for.

We all know that in the Hip-Hop community there's always going to be rumours that surface, some of them being close to reality and some completely farfetched. Despite how unreal this sounds, YES. Hip-Hop juggernauts and Def Jam's mealtickets: Jay-Z and Kanye West announced earlier this year that they would be releasing a collabaration album. The first single "H.A.M." (produced by Lex Luger) leaked around the time of the announcement of their album and Hip-Hop heads everywhere have been foaming at the mouth ever since.

What does this mean for anyone coming out with an album in August? Well, it means you should definitely consider pushing your album back a few months. Now since we've all been anxiously waiting for something new to come out from this project, they did us all a favour and released a 10 minute mini-documentary. The documentary features Beyonce Knowles and Russel Crowe along side the two RocNation brethren as they lay down the right verses over the most soulful beats in an Australian mansion.

The documentary also gives us snippets of some of the songs on the album such as "Lift Off" featuring Beyonce which is rumoured to be the official single. The latest song to leak off the album is "Otis" featuring Otis Redding, and as usual Kanye flipped a soulful beat as he & Jigga tore it to pieces. Frank Ocean & Mr. Hudson are the album's only other features, but regardless of how many guest appearances there are on this album it will be one of the best collaborations in Hip-Hop.
