Manifesto produced a portion of the 2007 Luminato Festival of Arts & Creativity's Streetscape component. The unique project involved two sites and a multi-faceted approach combining art making, community engagement, collaboration, education, and storytelling. The two extremely different but incredible projects took place in Regent Park and at the mill silos site on the Parliament St. slip, the former site of Tent City.
