Toronto native Wes Williams, known to music fans as Maestro Fresh Wes, has just released a motivational book based around his successes, leading from his early days as one of Canada's most well known emcees, to his more current career as an actor and spokesperson.
The hardcover release passes on his advice to younger readers within music and otherwise, who he hopes can learn and succeed from his advice.
The foreword to the book was written by none other than Chuck D of Public Enemy.
The book released by McClelland & Stewart in Canada, will receive a Toronto hometown celebration launch at The Drake Hotel on Thursday, August 12, an event proudly presented by Manifesto and The Drake Hotel. The launch for "Stick To Your Vision" will have Wes surrounded by some of his closest Toronto associates, with Starting From Scratch, Mel Boogie, P-Plus, and more making DJ appearances, along with special guest performances that you'll need to be in the spot to experience.
The London, Ontario based radio show The Come Up Show spent a minute with Maestro to speak about the book, and give you a personal introduction.
