TDot's Masia One, the international traveler, took a couple days out last month to trek to Montreal to shoot a video for her DJ Vadim produced "Montreal In The Fall".

The video directed by Bread & Circuses was shot on a self-funded budget of her and the director, and impressively done. Taken from her 2009 double-disc release Pulau, the track was one of my personal favorites on the album, bringing the European vibes of UK based DJ Vadim to the smoothed out lyrics of Masia One on this particular track.\

Touring extensively over the past 18-months, as well as working in Jamaica on a live band project of interpretations of her album cuts, Masia has wrapped up recording of her first major label project with Aftermath producer Che Vicious feat. RZA, Pharrell, Talib Kweli, The Game, Isis, Graph Nobel and more in 2011.
