Two years ago, I got a phone call from my girl Naomi Williams telling me that Michael Jackson had past away.  She was urging me to do something to honour his life and music.  I remember thinking, what can I really do to pay respect to a man as prolific as MJ.  I quickly jumped on the net and started to read about what happened.  Then I took the morning off from work as the news started to sink in and just started watching Michael videos, interviews and videos on youtube.  After about 2 hrs in, I began working on putting together a tribute event at Dundas Square.  2 days later with the support of our team and many of the city's top DJ's we pulled it together.  Nothing could honour this man properly, but we did what we could.  This Sunday, we remember Michael, who left us physically 2 years and 1 day ago and the people who came together around the world to celebrate his life.
